Player Piano Radio offers a functional and engaging experience for piano enthusiasts, operating as a radio station for three prominent player piano models worldwide: Yamaha Disklavier, PianoDisc, and Pianocorder. Upon selection of your preferred player system and choice of channel, you can effortlessly AirPlay the signal to indulge in piano music curated by top-tier artists round the clock.
For Disklavier users, WiiM Wi-fi Audio Receiver is a prerequisite for optimal functionality, while Bluetooth receivers are not supported due to bandwidth limitations. Compatible with Enspire, MarkIV, e3, DKC850, Marklll, and DCD1 models, the app seamlessly AirPlays the signal to Analog MIDI inputs beneath the piano, allowing users to adjust the volume directly from the piano's control unit.
Designed to seamlessly integrate with PianoDisc Prodigy systems right out of the box, users can connect effortlessly and AirPlay the signal using Prodigy's potent built-in Bluetooth Audio Receiver. The option of utilizing WiiM for Wi-fi connectivity is also available for Prodigy users. For PianoDisc iQ owners, simply AirPlay the signal to the piano directly. The app provides convenient volume control directly from its interface by utilizing side buttons on your iOS device or the slider on the app.
Owners of Pianocorder pianos will find that their instrument is already equipped with an upgrade kit allowing seamless compatibility with the direct streaming feature of this app. Users can refer to the Help page within the app for additional information and enjoy direct volume control from the app interface.
